From Buenos Aires we cruised back to Montevideo, Uraguay.  It was Christmas day while we were there.  Most shops were closed.  We walked all over town with a young Swedish couple.  They are runners and she is a dental hygienist.  So we had some things in common.  It was quite pretty in the parks and squares of town.  Also they have a tall blue glass building that resembles a building in Dubai and for good reason--the same architect designed both of them.  It was calm and quiet while we were there.  Nice.  There is a big boat junkyard in the bay at the port with so many old boats in very bad condition and many have sunk or are sinking.
